The Skills Link Program provides 18 to 30-year-olds with the opportunity to acquire practical work experience specifically in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The program also aims to encourage communities to offer an innovative learning experience that promotes ICT as an educational and/or career choice. The objective for 2019-20 is to engage a maximum of 15 Youth workers and encourage communities to submit their application as soon as possible to provide adequate time to validate Youth eligibility. If in the event we do not meet our objective in the number of applications, we will re-issue a call for applications the day following the deadline of July 15, 2019.
